Over the last week, I’ve been struggling quite a bit with my anxiety and OCD. I am discouraged and frustrated. But I am determined to push through, continue with therapy and trust that God has me in the palm of His hands. Until then, I plan on taking a short break from blogging so I can focus on myself.
I never want this to be a place where I put on a façade that all is perfect and right in my life when the truth is – it’s not. Please keep me in your prayers – and know that if you struggle with OCD, anxiety, or any type of mental health disorder – I get it! I understand your pain, I sympathize and I pray that you can overcome it too.
